Bicknell C. Robbins J.D.: CEO, Principal and General Counsel
Received his B.A. in accounting from the University of Utah and his Juris Doctorate from Brigham Young University.
He has twenty-five years of experience as a benefits attorney and consultant, serving as the Director/Legal Department
and head of operations for a Seattle based pension administration firm, Regional Attorney and Retirement Plan Practice
leader for a national benefits consulting firm, and Vice President in charge of Prevailing Wage Benefits, National
Benefits Division, for Willis Corroon in Seattle, WA. He is an active member of the Utah State Bar Association
and has been a practicing CPA.
John Gilmore: Principal
One of the founding partners of Gilmore-Minnick Associates, a predecessor company to Salutis Benefits. He is a
graduate of the University of New Mexico with a degree in Business Administration and obtained his Charter
Life Underwriter (CLU)designation in October 1986. John entered the insurance and employee benefit field in
1981 and has worked with numerous small and large companies in providing employee benefits, as well as executive
compensation plans.
Tim Minnick: Principal
Tim received a BBA degree from Texas A&M University and after graduation worked for Aetna Life & Casualty in the group
benefit and pension area. Following his association with Aetna, he worked for the US Life companies, as well as First
National Bank of Ft. Worth and Bank One in Austin where he was Vice President and Trust Officer in charge of Development of
Retirement Plan Sales & Administration. In 1984, he formed Tim Minnick & Associates, Inc. and began offering health and
pension benefits to the government contractor marketplace.
Darcy Adams: Director of Information Systems
Educated at the University of Utah in Information Systems and Computer Science, Darcy is the primary architect of
Salutis Benefits’ Technology system. He has extensive experience in systems architecture and project management
with an emphasis in the .NET Framework and SQL databases.
Brad Lamoreaux, Senior System Designer
Brad supervises the design and implementation of the Employee Benefit Website and Online Enrollment system.
Brad has a unique combination of skills and experience, including Art Director for a communication firm, Systems
and Network Administrator for a community hospital, HRIS systems analyst and Senior HR Communication Specialist
for a large medical provider network and insurer. Brad has degrees in mathematics and physics from Weber State
University and an MBA with emphasis in Information Technology and E-Systems Strategy from the Marriot School
of Business, Brigham Young.University.
Chris Wainscott, Implementation Manager
Implementation process of new and existing clients into the suite of Salutis Benefit Services. Chris
demonstrates excellent analytical skills and has an exceptional knowledge of the benefits
industry developed through his years of experience as a Business Analyst, Quality
Assurance Analyst, and Communications Production Coordinator for a large benefit
administration firm. Chris was educated at the University of Utah in Finance and
Information Systems.
